It is 11 o'clock on Wednesday night. WE have had a great past two days. On Tuesday we hit 700 houses with flyers about the church. PAstor Benner took us to one of the local pools. It was fun and we all enjoyed the cold water of the pool. We also had a great night of VBS where 2 kids got saved. Afterward we played volleyball with some of the teens from the youth group at Oasis Baptist. They were Isaac, Elian, David, Nacho, Sierra, and Nicole. We then went to Applebee's at 10 o'clock at night. We were there till 11:40, and we had fun fellowshipping. They also helped with VBS on Tuesday.
Today we went canvassing and hit 900 houses with flyers. We then went to lunch and gathered our laundry to make a laundry run. Jen, Carissa, Liz and Dana went to find the laundry mat and everyone stayed and either slept or went in the pool. The four of us went to the first laundry mat closed at 2 and we got there at 1:40, so we found another one. There, Dana stayed behind while Jen took Carissa to the emergency care to find out what was wrong with the spots on her back. Liz went too to keep Carissa company. Dana was left in the very hot laundry mat for an hour and a half to keep a eye on the laundry, but we made it back to the hotel with clean laundry and medicine, and we then went to the church and got ready for VBS. The church provided dinner for us and we had a great night of VBS. We had 3 kids get saved. After VBS, we came back to the hotel and had a pool party. We then had devos and now the boys are playing x-box and the girls are crashed in Jen's room, since the guys won't let us play ='(
